  13. PlutMap is a powerful remapping facility for use in outbound directories
  14. that employ 4d "TrapDoor 1.80+" naming style.
  15.  
  16. It can be used to remap all mail for AKAs to one address (useful for
  17. assisting non-EMSI nodes), to re-route file attaches through a hub, and
  18. even as a basic NORMAL converter for CLO/DLO/HLO files
  19.  
  20. The basic command of the config is the REMAP keyword.  The syntax is:
  21.  
  22.   REMAP  origin-fqfa destination-fqfa [prefix] [directoryname]
  23.  
  24. Where
  25.  
  26.         origin-fqfa      = Fully qualified fido address of input files
  27.         destination-fqfa = Fully qualified fido address of output files
  28.         directoryname    = Dir name to copy files to
  29.         prefix           = optional special char {one of "^"|"-"|"#"|"~" }

  31. BOTH addresses must be specified otherwise the remap line is ignored.

  33. Note that the directory name and prefix are both optional, you can have
  34. none, both or either, and the order you specify does not matter.

  36. PlutMap will read the instructed "input" address, check for all
  37. .FLO/.CLO/.DLO/.HLO files for it, and attempt to put all these flo file
  38. entries into the destination address's FLO file.  It will only produce
  39. output .FLO files - you can always CHANGE them from TrapToss later on.
